This classic carrot cake recipe makes a flavorful and moist cake, in just 25 minutes in the air fryer. You can have delicious carrot cake in no time, without heating up the kitchen!
Ingredients:
All Purpose FlourBaking SodaGround CinnamonNutmegGranulated SugarBrown SugarVanillaEggsVegetable or Canola OilOrange Juice-I use Simply Orange JuiceMedium Carrots-about 2-3 carrots make enough grated carrots for this recipeChopped Pecans or Walnuts- you can omit nuts in carrot cake Tub of cream cheese or homemade frosting

Frosting Ingredients:
This amazing cake is a delicious cake without frosting. But to make your carrot cake perfect, frost with this delicious cream cheese frosting:
½ cup Unsalted Butter, softened½ cup Cream Cheese, room temperature3 cups Powdered Sugar2 tsp Lemon Juice
In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese, until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and lemon juice until well combined. If frosting is too thick, slowly add in a tablespoon of milk, one at a time, until frosting reaches desired thickness.
